Cost reduction of wastewater and industrial waste using BioRC *Case study materials available

Achieving extremely high drainage treatment capacity in a narrow space! Free case study materials on the wastewater treatment system "BioRC," which generates no industrial waste!

This is an introduction to a case study of the microbial treatment facility "BioAlcy," developed by Japan Alcy, which minimizes the occurrence of bulking in wastewater treatment systems. Japan Alcy is optimal for concentrated wastewater and difficult-to-decompose substances, achieving labor and cost savings through fully automated operation. There are delivery records to various factories, including automobile companies. 【Case Example】 ■ Automobile Company (Company A) - Coolant Wastewater ■ Before Implementation - Annual Incineration Treatment Cost: 60 million yen ■ After Implementing the BioAlcy System - Cost Reduction: 1/3 For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Current Status and Challenges of Wastewater Containing Oils and Fats from Plants and Animals

Decomposition and elimination of fats by microorganisms! Introduction to wastewater treatment technology using microbial agents and microbial degradation methods.

Wastewater containing high concentrations of oils and fats from plants and animals can cause serious water pollution if discharged directly into rivers and other bodies of water, and is therefore strictly regulated by law. As a result, wastewater with high oil content is typically pre-treated to prevent it from flowing into the activated sludge tank, or in small facilities, it is treated on-site before being discharged into the sewage system, thereby removing the oil and reducing its concentration. Biological treatment methods, which are relatively inexpensive, aim to decompose and consume oils and fats using microorganisms, and are also referred to as microbial decomposition methods. However, this approach has technical drawbacks, such as decomposition speed, adaptability to concentration, vulnerability to concentration fluctuations and temperature changes, pH adaptability, and operability, making practical application difficult. Our website features information such as "Characteristics of Our Equipment" and "Flow Diagram of Wastewater Treatment Systems Using Our Equipment," so please take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
